The service-call fee is $85. Any proposed repair and its price are discussed separately before you approve the work. Do not assume the service-call fee is waived or credited toward a repair; ask us to confirm the applicable terms before your visit.
Is my appointment confirmed when I submit the form?
Submitting the form sends a service request. Your appointment is confirmed only after our team reviews the address, appliance and availability and contacts you with the agreed details.
Can I choose a date or request a visit today?
Yes. Include your preferred date and time window, including today if needed. We will check the schedule and confirm the options. A requested time is not guaranteed, and parts or follow-up work may require another visit.
What warranty applies to a repair?
Warranty coverage depends on the specific work and parts. Ask for the applicable written terms, including coverage, duration and exclusions, before approving the repair. We do not advertise a single warranty period for every job.
